There are many modules and millions of lines of code. HIATLANTIS is broken down by function and defined as dashboards. Each dashboard provides functions specific to a task or department. Click on a screenshot thumbnail to view a larger image of the screen.

 

Logon Screen

Depending on the logon, each is assigned to a single or multiple set of functions/dashboards. A logon will provide access to those functions as shown below. The requirements are the same for a small business to a fortune 100 company. HIATLANTIS provides the tools for any company to succeed!

As shown in the next example, functions/dashboards can be reached from a simple click of a mouse.

Traversing dashboards

Each dashboard may be reached by clicking on the desired function. As shown and circled, each function is simple to reach. Defining each dashboard is accomplished simply by defining what should be reached by employee via an administration function in the employees record.

Administrator Dashboards

The administrator dashboard allows searches as well as record additions. There are actually three dashboards included with this system. An advanced dashboard allows extensive searches to occur searching by field within a record instead of a complete set of fields. Jumps to other functions as shown in the screenshot above for configuration and other plugins is also available.

SalesRep Jump Dashboard

Sales is the heartbeat of any company. The SalesRep dashboard provides sales the ability to manage large books of business easily. Reps may also generate orders from the call record and even create forecasts based on funnel/pipeline information. As with most SalesRep wanting to know earnings, a report of commissions is also able to be created based on commission program defined in the employee record.

Sales Manager Dashboard

Sales management is critical in forecasting future business. Gauging daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales against forecasts is critical in your business pipeline management. Two views are available with the JAVA as shown and also in a classic view. This view is displayed with the JAVA applet interface and as shown below in the Sales VP dashboard with the Classic View. Both dashboards have the option to display either interface

Sales VP Dashboard

There hasn't been a more powerful tool developed to manage sales. The Sales VP can monitor the activity of each sales manager/sales group by simply watching a dashboard. Sales dollars are displayed daily as well as results based on funnel/pipeline. Each VP may funnel down to managers and see the detailed activity by manager as well as another drill-down to each representative of that sales manager.

Credit Dashboard

Managing your cash-flow is made simple. Collections and collection calls are managed via the credit dashboard. Working basically the same as the sales rep, the collection manager can make calls and manage the daily collection processes. The credit call dashboard looks and reacts the same as the SalesReps dashboards, calls are scheduled and maintained in much the same fashion. Keeping track of debt has been made easy via these dashboards

Inventory Management Dashboard

Managing your inventory is necessary in today's business. Making certain you have the required quantities based on your funnel/pipeline to meet deliveries is always a business requirement. Reporting on inventory quantities to funnel values is needed in today's business climate. While sales depletes your stocks, receiving can continue to replenish it. Get accurate totals on all your inventory at a quick search and glance with the reporting functions.

Fulfillment Dashboard

Getting your orders out to your customers is a requirement for any business. From a PO to consignment takedowns, HIATLANTIS provides the method to get your orders out and processed. You can print to local or network printers in shipping and receiving if needed. Backorders are also handled in this dashboard as well as the means to get reports, search past orders and track the shipments! HIATLANTIS also has the ability to move files to your accounting application to avoid dual entries!

Support Dashboard

Support is a man issue for most companies and attempting to manage the process. Anything from manufacturers sending out hard product to software companies must deal with the immense task of taking and resolving the calls. The sales manager dashboard to the left displays how management can track the inquires and support individuals. A traffic router (dashboard not displayed) assigns each support ticket (an incident number is generated for each incident) and then assigned to a support representative (dashboard not displayed). Tracking productivity is made simple by the support system and each incident can be tracked with response times.
