Project Overview HIATLANTIS is more than a CRM and works with a companies business process and is supported only under the Technalign lines of servers. . HIATLANTIS seeks to fill the need for an easy to use business application, similar to those applications that cost tens of thousands of dollars. In today's business environment companies must look for alternatives to being "strapped down" to an application. HIATLANTIS is completely browser based and allows individuals to run a business from a single location to locations located around the world. A leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), HIATLANTIS empowers companies to stand out by providing exceptional information internally and externally. We do so by delivering the most innovative technology and making it as easy as possible to share and manage business information. The concept is to provide modular software that meets the needs of each customer "out of the box" and that is capable of being easily customized to meet each end customer's unique demands. HIATLANTIS fills the gap between packaged software and expensive custom solutions.
How HIATLANTIS works The Digital Dashboard terminology applies to the method in which HIATLANTIS displays information to each member in your company. Each Dashboard of course is different depending on it's function. You will also find mini dashboards located in the maintenance areas of the application, which in effect allow modification of records by an administrator. The system administrator at your company also has the ability to change the color schemes of your application to provide an intergraded look into your application with your current intranet pages. For example, looking at the Sales Rep Dashboard we notice that there are many different areas of operation that occur, along with alerts from credit, accounting and the Rep's manager, the Rep has full control of everything at their fingertips! This allows the Rep to effectively manage their time without having to follow-up with each person in different departments to keep track of specific activities outside of the dashboard/sales activity. Funnel information, if using the Funnel plugin, allows the sales representative to see at a glance what the potential customer may be purchasing or is planning on purchasing. This information is paramount to a successful contact with your customer. Having a Rep contacting many different companies is a problem unless your data is warehoused in a fashion that allows a concise view in the dashboard concept. |
